- ½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ground black pepper to taste
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
