The Billionaire Cocktail

"This cocktail tastes like a million bucks and then some. It's a bourbon whiskey cocktail with lemon juice, simple syrup, absinthe bitters, and grenadine. Garnish with a simple slice of lemon."

Ingredients :

  • 1/4 fluid ounce absinthe-based bitters
  • 1/2 fluid ounce grenadine syrup
  • 1/2 fluid ounce simple syrup
  • 1 fluid ounce lemon juice
  • 2 fluid ounces high-proof bourbon (such as Baker's)
  • 1 lemon wheel

Instructions :

Prep : 5M Cook : 1M Ready in : 5M
  • Pour bitters, grenadine, simple syrup, lemon juice, and bourbon, respectively, into a cocktail shaker; fill with ice. Cover shaker and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds; strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon wheel.
