Stinky's Guacamole

"Quick and easy guacamole that's egg-based! Summertime or a Super Bowl® favorite! Taste guacamole with tortilla chip before adding salt, chips will bring out the flavor."

Ingredients :

  • 2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • salt to taste (optional)

Instructions :

  • Mash avocado and hard-boiled eggs together in a bowl until evenly combined. Stir in lemon juice and lemon pepper. Season with salt.

Notes :

  • If not serving immediately, put avocado pit in middle of dip, cover, and refrigerate until needed.
