Wizard's Pumpkin Juice

"A favorite served at a particular school for wizardry and witchcraft can be served to your children too! Healthy and light, it can also be made less so by turning it into an alcoholic version, but that is up to the witch in the kitchen! Canned pumpkin is fine, but fresh-roasted pumpkin has more color."

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions :

  • Blend pumpkin and ice together in a blender on high until ice is finely chopped. Add apple cider, sparkling water, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
